We will request a non-refundable registration fee on completion of the Registration form. The period of this contract is six months from the date that we receive your completed form, and can be extended as necessary. We will discuss the search regularly with you during the period and whether you wish to continue for a further period.
Once you have found a property and are successful in buying, we charge a fee of 1.5% of the sale price, less our registration fee.
NOTE: Should you find a property without our help during the registration period, the fee is still payable. However, we will still advise you on value and offers with regard to the property, which may well save you money.
