We can then fully research the area and view all likely properties, rejecting quickly those that fall outwith your individual parameters. We will provide you with a professional and unbiased feedback on all properties viewed, either by e-mail or by telephone, so that you are fully aware of all the options and properties currently available in the market. We will agree a short list of properties for you to view, arrange appointments and meet you at the properties to show you over.
Notes of Interest and Offers
Once you decide on a property LocatetoGrampian can advise on surveyors (we do not carry out structural surveys); advise registering notes of interest with a solicitor and, once a closing date has been set, we can advise on the final offer process. We can also obtain trades quotes should this be needed (i.e. damp and woodworm inspections, electrical, plumbing etc) before making a final decision.
